Comments

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. We do no legal responsibility if it happens and we recommend you avoid the same.   2. You will be using the image(s) available on the platform for any crime or harm to anyone. 
  3. You cannot use the real identity of the person unless the character has given you consent. 
  4. You will be responsible for any wrongdoings and mixcommerce will not involve in any matter between the uploader and user. 
  5. Do not attach or use any personal name, or identity of the person presented in the image unless having digital or physical written consent. 

Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our servers within our possible time frame in priority.

How to get your content removed?

To get your content removed, you must submit a request to us through our contact form. 

Before we remove your data, you must submit your legal identity for verification, the reason for document removal, and any legal filing if applicable. The team may request you more information or document to verify your identity. 

The verification is done with a focus to protect the content by real creators and avoid any wrongdoings with respect to our guidelines. 

Please note that the when MixPhotos team removes your content, we only remove it from our platform. To get your content removed from other websites, you should have content with respective website owners. We take no legal responsibility to get your content removed from any other website than our community MixPhotos.

To get your content removed you should submit a request to the contact page with the appropriate subject.
